2. Purpose
Trop Trop Bon Diner lets you discover Marrakech restaurants and request a table.
• Trop Trop Bon Diner is not the restaurant.
• A table is only booked once the request is confirmed by the restaurant (or by our team on its behalf).
3. Access
• The service is free for diners.
• An anonymous session may be created automatically.
• You must be 18 or have a legal guardian's consent.
4. Table requests
• Provide accurate details: name, phone, optional email.
• A request stays pending until the restaurant answers. Without an answer in the stated time it may expire automatically, and you will be told.
• Restaurants may decline. Each restaurant alone is responsible for hosting, prices, menus and service.
• Trop Trop Bon Diner collects no payment.
• Prices, hours, menus and offers shown are indicative. They come from the restaurant or public sources.
• Prices shown are indicative, provided for information only, and may differ from those charged by the restaurant.
• To prevent abuse, open and recent requests per user are limited.
5. Cancellation
• Cancel in the app as early as possible.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to restricted access.
6. Conduct
The following are prohibited:
• fake requests;
• impersonation;
• automation;
• any harm to the service or to restaurants.
7. Restaurant owners (TTB PRO)
• Access is by invitation.
• Owners agree to respond diligently, keep their credentials confidential, keep their information current and post only content (photos, menus) they hold the rights to.
• Until a restaurant activates TTB PRO, our team may relay and handle its requests ("concierge mode").
• Commercial terms for restaurants are set out in a separate agreement.
8. Liability
• We use best efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for the restaurant's service, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Personal data
• See the Privacy Policy (/privacy).
• Data is processed in line with Moroccan Law 09-08, under the supervision of the CNDP.
10. Intellectual property
• Brands, content and software belong to HAUTE RESOLUTION SARL or its licensors.
• Restaurant photos and information belong to their owners.
11. Changes and termination
• These Terms may change; the current version is published in the app and on the site.
• You can delete your account at any time (/delete-account).
12. Governing law
• Moroccan law.
• Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Marrakech will hear disputes.
• This is subject to consumer protections: Law 31-08 and, for EU consumers, the mandatory rules of their country.
